MK is a shorthand for the term “missionary kid” or the child of someone serving overseas. Another name is third-culture kids (TCKs) because of the mixing of cultures (their home/parent’s culture and the culture of where they live) that the kids experience at such an important age of development. We wanted to hear from some MKs about life from their perspective, so we asked them.

In this episode, Nate interviews Sofie Kihm, a ten-year-old MK serving with her parents Daniel and Christy Kihm in Budapest, Hungary.

If you want to hear more from Sofie, enjoy a news report she did, called Good News Global.
