Kelley and Rhonda Philips have been serving globally for nearly 30 years. They have lived in Russia, Hungary, and currently reside in Berlin, Germany. Kelley and Rhonda have spent years receiving teams from the United States through short-term trip experiences. In this episode, they share from their vast experiences, the good and the bad, in connecting, hosting, and partnering with churches.
