Launch of 2019 impactX2 Campaign

15 October 2019—Global Strategy is excited to announce that your 2019 year-end gifts will once again have double the impact, impactX2, made possible by the gifts of generous partners. This year, the first $50,000 in donations received from October 15 through December 31, 2019, for our year-end initiatives will be matched.

Thank you for making a kingdom impact through Global Strategy. We are grateful for the continued partnership through prayer, projects, trips, and financial gifts of donors like you.

Last year, donors helped raise nearly $190,000 for six projects during the year-end campaign. Since then, that money has helped fund two missionary couples and two single missionaries, plant two churches in Spain, train pastors in Sri Lanka, and expand and sustain a hospital in Haiti. Because of people like you, lives are being transformed globally!

This year’s recipients include two missionary couples—Nate and Stacy Tatman and Kris and Megan Gilbert—and two development projects—a school in Honduras that trains entrepreneurs and a church ministry center in Côte d’Ivoire. Any gift to these projects not only funds ministry but offers encouragement as together we walk alongside the local church.

If your heart beats for local churches and for growth through church planting, consider a gift to Nate and Stacy Tatman, who will be working across Europe and the Middle East, or to Kris and Megan Gilbert, who are helping to build a network of church plants in New Zealand. Both couples work with churches in post-Christian, postmodern environments.

Or perhaps your heart beats for the community outreach and engagement of the local church. In Honduras, the church has started a school for young entrepreneurs as a way to build up the local community and to provide skills for flourishing. In the Côte d’Ivoire, the local church in Lakpolo is building a ministry center around a well, from which other ministries will flow.

And we are once again offering Global Strategy gift cards during this year-end holiday season. You purchase a gift card, great stocking stuffers for anyone on your list, and the recipient selects which year-end project to support. It’s a wonderful way to teach kids about the world while making a difference in the process.
