Bangladesh
Trip Description
The trip will be split between two areas in Daulatdia and Lalmonirhat.
The Church of God in Bangladesh is committed to walking alongside women and children as they seek hope and healing from sex trafficking and exploitation. House of Hope Bangladesh thus began in the heart of Daulatdia, one of the largest brothels in the world. This ministry among women and children shares the light and love of Christ by providing a safe place of refuge, nutritious meals, school supplies, medical assistance, and other vital ministries for some of the most vulnerable people in our world today. Participants will spend time working with the House of Hope to serve the women and children cared for by the House of Hope.
The Church of God has been in Lalmonirhat since 1918 and runs many ministries including; Schools, churches and child sponsorship projects. While touring these projects, participants will see the incredible impact that the gospel has on the lives of these kids and their families and how whole communities are being reached.
